How Returns Work

Since all orders are fulfilled through DHgate, returns and exchanges are handled directly through their platform. DHgate offers buyer protection to ensure you're covered if something goes wrong with your order.

DHgate's buyer protection program covers you in situations where:

  • Your item doesn't arrive
  • The item is significantly different from the description
  • The item arrives damaged

How to Request a Return or Refund

Log Into DHgate

Sign into your DHgate account where you placed the order.

Find Your Order

Go to "My Orders" and locate the order you'd like to return.

Open a Dispute

Click "Open Dispute" and follow the prompts to describe the issue. Include photos if applicable.

Wait for Resolution

DHgate will mediate between you and the seller to reach a fair resolution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, the easiest approach is to request a refund through DHgate's dispute system and then place a new order for the item you prefer.
